Service and contact
PawGroove is an independently operated dog-photo video project at pawgroove.org. Contact the project operator at u5196173364@gmail.com for account, service, privacy or removal requests. Do not send passwords, verification links or payment-card details in support messages.
Information we process
We store account details, an email-verification status, a password hash if you choose password registration, session records, credit and order entries, uploaded photos and generation-task records. Google sign-in provides basic identity information such as your name, email address and profile image. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive or your contacts for sign-in.
Technical information, including request IP addresses, may be used for security, attribution and abuse prevention. The free-credit network claim stores a hash of the network identifier. Essential cookies keep you signed in. Analytics runs only when configured for the service.
Upload only dog photos you own or have permission to use. Avoid photos containing people, addresses, documents or unnecessary sensitive information. You can use the supplied sample instead.
Why and where data is processed
Accounts and sessions provide sign-in and email verification. Photos and task records support generation, history and private downloads. Credit and order records support billing, compensation and fraud prevention.
The service uses Cloudflare Workers for hosting, D1 for account/task records, private R2 storage for media and Cloudflare Email Sending for verification and password-reset messages. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes that sign-in under its own policies. Starting a real generation sends your photo and generation instructions to Replicate and the selected model service, currently ByteDance Seedream/Seedance. These providers may process information outside your country under their own terms and privacy practices.
When checkout is available, the selected payment provider processes the payment details shown during checkout. PawGroove stores order/credit records, not full payment-card numbers. A displayed price or credit pack does not mean a payment method is currently enabled.
Access, retention and removal
Photo and video routes require the signed-in owner. The media bucket is private; we do not publish your uploads as examples without separate permission.
You can request deletion of a finished or failed task in the studio. The task is hidden promptly and storage cleanup is retried if it fails. A photo still used by another of your tasks is retained until that task no longer needs it. A minimal task/credit record remains for accounting and abuse handling. Download anything you want to keep; this service is not permanent file storage.
There is currently no automatic expiry schedule for account records or retained media. Email the operator to request account access, correction or removal. Some records may need to be retained to resolve transactions, prevent abuse or meet applicable obligations. We do not promise that deleting our copy immediately deletes copies held by the model provider; provider retention follows its own policy.
Changes
This notice will be updated when service processors, retention or billing behavior changes. The service contact above is the public route for questions and requests.
